Macon County Community Environmental Council Quarterly Environmental Forum

August 13, 2019 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Featured guest will be Frank Grgurich, a Master Gardener who has been growing vegetables for several years on a large scale as well as composting.

Join us as Frank talks about:   “Garbage to black GOLD.  Free fertilizer from your kitchen and yard and maybe your neighbors.”

Interested in promoting conservation, preservation, restoration, and environmental awareness?  Join us for an informational meeting for a better understanding of the Community Environmental Council and its role in the community. We will discuss our current projects, such as the Friends of Lincoln Trail Homestead State Park and SONA and ask for suggestions for new ones! Open to interested citizens who want to make a difference.
