Sangamon River Corridor Preserve 802 Allerton Rd, Monticello, IllinoisJoin the Land Conservation Foundation's Stewardship Saturdays at its Sangamon River Corridor Reserve near Monticello. Meet at the Sangamon River Corridor Reserve on Allerton Road, just west of the Monticello Golf Club, from 9:00-11:00 am. Interested volunteers need only bring a pair of work gloves and their drinking water or snacks, if desired. LCF will have any tools if necessary.

Please wear gloves. We appreciate any amount of time you can give so come enjoy the signs of spring and meet new friends. Great Garlic Mustard Hunt-Sangamon River Corridor Reserve, Monticello
Sangamon River Corridor Preserve 802 Allerton Rd, Monticello, IllinoisJoin the Land Conservation Foundation in helping us get rid of garlic mustard, an invasive plant that quickly overruns our natural environment, eliminating the native plants that we enjoy and that support wildlife. The Great Garlic Mustard Hunt 2019 will come to the Sangamon River Corridor Reserve on April 13 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. Meet us at the parking lot on Allerton Road at 1:00 p.m. Bring work gloves and water/snacks.
